Certificate of Insurance

All Certificates of Insurance should include The Board of Regents of The University of Texas System, The University of Texas Systems and The University of Texas at Dallas as additional insureds. Vendors must maintain the following coverage limits.

Workers’ Compensation: Statutory Limits

Employer Liability: $1,000,000.00 per accident and employee

Business Auto Liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit

Commercial General Liability (including contractual liability): $1,000,000 per occurrence

Personal & Advertising Injury: $1,000,000 per occurrence

Product/Completed Ops: $1,000,000 aggregate

General Aggregate: $2,000,000 per policy limit

A Waiver of Subrogation in favor of The University of Texas at Dallas and the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System and thirty-day notice of cancellation is required on all policies. Certificates of insurance verifying the foregoing requirements will be provided to The University of Texas at Dallas prior to commencement of any service. Contractor will endorse all policies to require insurance carriers to notify The University of Texas at Dallas of cancellation, termination, material change, or non-renewal of any policy.
